1.The snake trying
to escape the pursuing stick,
with sudden curvings of thin
long body. How beautiful
and graceful are his shapes!

 

The snake tries to escape from being hit by the stick that is following it. As the snake crawls, its body twists and turns forming fascinating shapes.

 

2.He glides through the water away
from the stroke. O let him go
over the water
into the reeds to hide
without hurt. Small and green
he is harmless even to children.

 

The snakes moves through the water in order to save themselves. The poet pleads to let it escape and hide behind the thick marshy plants as it is harmless. The small green-colored snake is harmless even to children.

 

3.Along the sand
he lay until observed
and chased away, and now
he vanishes in the ripples
among the green slim reeds.

 

Till it was spotted and chased away by the person holding a stick, it lay quietly in the sand. In order to save itself, the snake disappears in the ripples of the water and hides in the camouflaging green bushes of the marshy plants.

 

Explanation in Hindi:

 

1.साँप कोशिश कर रहा है

पीछा करने वाली छड़ी से बचने के लिए,

पतली के अचानक घटता के साथ

लम्बी देह। कितनी सुंदर है

और उसके आकार सुंदर हैं!

 

सांप अपने पीछे चल रही छड़ी की चपेट में आने से बचने की कोशिश करता है। जैसे ही सांप रेंगता है, उसका शरीर मुड़ता है और आकर्षक आकार बनाता है।

 

2. वह पानी से दूर भागता है

स्ट्रोक से। हे उसे जाने दो

पानी के ऊपर

नरकट में छिपाने के लिए

बिना चोट के। छोटा और हरा

वह बच्चों के लिए भी हानिरहित है।

 

सांप खुद को बचाने के लिए पानी के बीच से गुजरते हैं। कवि ने इसे बचने और घने दलदली पौधों के पीछे छिपने की याचना की क्योंकि यह हानिरहित है। हरे रंग का छोटा सा सांप बच्चों के लिए भी हानिकारक होता है।

 

3. रेत के साथ

वह मनाया जाने तक लेटा रहा

और पीछा किया, और अब

वह लहरों में गायब हो जाता है

हरे पतले नरकटों के बीच।

 

जब तक छड़ी को पकड़े हुए व्यक्ति ने उसे देखा और उसका पीछा नहीं किया, तब तक वह चुपचाप रेत में पड़ा रहा। खुद को बचाने के लिए सांप पानी की लहरों में गायब हो जाता है और दलदली पौधों की छलावरण वाली हरी झाड़ियों में छिप जाता है।

In this poem, a harmless green-colored snake tries to save itself from being hit by a person who is chasing it with a stick to kill it. The poet says that the snake is harmless even to children. People fear snakes and when they see one, they try to kill it with a stick. The snake tries to save itself and hides behind the green – coloured bushes of marshy plants growing in the water. It hides in the ripples of the water body in order to save itself. The snake disappears behind the marshy plants.

 

Explanation in Hindi:

 

इस poem में, एक Harmless हरे रंग का सांप एक ऐसे व्यक्ति की चपेट में आने से खुद को बचाने की कोशिश करता है जो उसे मारने के लिए छड़ी से उसका पीछा कर रहा है। कवि कहता है कि सांप बच्चों के लिए भी हानिरहित है। लोग सांप से डरते हैं और जब वे एक को देखते हैं, तो वे उसे डंडे से मारने की कोशिश करते हैं। सांप खुद को बचाने की कोशिश करता है और पानी में उगने वाले दलदली पौधों की हरी-रंग की झाड़ियों के पीछे छिप जाता है। यह अपने आप को बचाने के लिए जलाशय की लहरों में छिप जाता है। दलदली पौधों के पीछे सांप गायब हो जाता है।
